Project#3 Reflection and semester refletion 

Intermediate Composition (Monday)

    Before we started our project#3 assighnment, we used the library system to find our online sources, which is the first time that we use the library system to do our assighment. From the eassy class we joined before, we always do the writing by our own knowlege instead of collecting sources before the writtig, therefore, this project helps me both on the training of collecting sources and writting abillity.

   In our Project# 3 our goal is to study the how gender differences affect the way we live, thus, we read many articles about "gender differences". After we finish our research,  I learn many knowlege about the how males and females express their idea to others, which is beneficial for me as a college student.  Nowadays, we live in a society that men and women live in harmonly, however, it is still a huge gap between male's brain and female's brain. It is important to understand gender differences. 

    There are three groups' presentation that impress me the most. The first one is James' group, they used a very clear way to explain thier topic about gender differences . And the second one is Kai's group, which lead me to feel  fascinating about the Mars. Finally, I think the most impressing group is our group. We put much effort on explaining gender differences in many realm, we believe we are the best group in this class.

Semester reflection

    My original expectations of this course at the beginning of this semester is to learn how to write eassy like a native English speaker. As I usually organize imfornation with Mandarin in my brain, it is hard for me to write English essay fluently, therefore, I always want to learn how to think and write like a English speaker.

    In this semester, I am really pround of our Project#3. We learn a brand new skill in this project, that is utilizing searching system in library, which we have never done before. I also love the topic our group dicuss: Gender differences in language use. I believe our topic is important to this world, as the issue of gender gradually become important in this society.

  Honestly, My performance on Project#1 is not so ideal. In project#1, teacher ask us interview our classmate and talk about what his/her obession is. I could have done better when I organize my partner's imformation and  giving my own imformation to my partner. In future, I will try my best to correct my error in Project#1

Compare to the begining of this semester, My writting style and habit are different, I am on the right path to be a bettter English eassy writter. I learned how to organize my article well, and also learnd how to use searching system, and the most important: I learned teamwork. For me this semester's writting class is amazing!
