What are the strengths of this collaborative essay?

Four of our group members wrote this project through Google doc and we use Discord (online communicating system) while we work on it, which helped us to generate ideas together without any disruption. For me, writing collaborative essay is not only a way to train my ability to work with others, but also make me understand my classmate more.

What are the weaknesses of this collaborative essay?

Although there’s no right answer about whether a paragraph should be long or short, I found it abnormal that the content of each paragraph in our collaborative essay are different. The information that each of crewmember can give are not the same, which may trouble our readers because the whole paragraph looks out of balance.

Although we still have to wait for two years to find an actual job, it is crucial to practice writing cover letter for us. The reason why I found of cover letter the most is I felt like I was really finding a job when I wrote it. I think the purpose of learning writing is to know how to put what you learn into practice, that is what exactly the process of writing cover letter brought me.
